And it's open to the public to go there and purchase items and the best part is...you do not have to register or fill out any application.
All sales are with the individual member of RAD who places the ad. You would do the transactions directly by emailing the member that put the ad up.
You can still be invoiced and pay through Paypal or what other means the seller accepts payment.
